The National Youth Dance Performance held it¡¦s forth-time on July 8 of 2007 at the O-Mei Holy Land.  This year, twelve teams from different part of Taiwan came to participate.

 Before the competition, Chairman Wang Tzu Kuang of PMBMI gave a little speech.
¡§Performing the Nature Dance is not for the sake of dance alone. People are already exposed to many styles of dances. The purpose of Nature Dance is to more people to be involved with a nature loving culture, to embody the beauty of nature.¡¨ The essence of the dance is to reveal the inner beauty through the performers. Body movements should be accompanied with life energy, joy and grace, and the lyrics of the song are voiced from the heart in praise of nature. The bringing of beautiful movements and sincere voices precipitates contentment and bliss. If people can feel the life energy and hope from their heart, then peace on earth comes true. We hope that the performers and the audience can experience such a joy through the dance. If people can capture the spirit and practice love for nature, then surly a Pure land on Earth can manifest.

The costumes of the stage performers came with all colors. Red, sky blue, orange, green, cream yellow, bright red, purple, and so on. The songs are rearranged with many new styles. The unique cheers ranged from the emulation of the wind to team laughter. As each team danced and sang to the nature songs, the audience closely anticipated and enjoyed every performance.

The Great Earth team will represent Taiwan on August of this year to perform in the International Youth Dance Festival in Jakarta Indonesia. The performance was spectacular. The music, costumes, and smiles were filled with lively energy.
